Warranty – Returns – Shipping
In the unlikely event of a need to return a product, please contact Vu Ryte Customer Service at email@example.com. This request must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. Upon explanation, you will receive a RMA (Return Authorization Number) by return email. These are normally processed within 48 hours. You will be given a return address to return the product. It must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. The RMA number must be on the box. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Upon inspection of the returned product, credit will be issued within 10 days in the form of the original payment.
It is the stated policy of Vu Ryte, Inc. to ship all orders, if at all possible, within 48 business hours of operation of Vu Ryte, Inc. There are no freight charges for orders to be shipped within the Continental United States. If delivery is requested outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a freight quote. We will strive to respond to this request in 48 hours. We cannot ship to PO boxes or government ARO addresses.
For standard use, Vu Ryte warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one calendar year from original date of purchase. Vu Ryte will repair or replace, at its option, any defects in products, parts, or components resulting from normal use for one year from original purchase date. Abuse of products are not covered.
Vu Ryte products are sold on an “as it stands” and “with all faults” basis. Vu Ryte disclaims any implied warranties with respect to the product and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any express or particular purpose. Vu Ryte, Inc shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages occurring any product defect or improper use of any Vu Ryte, Inc. product or circumstances unforeseen by this product.
In the event that the purchaser would prefer to exchange a certain model with another, the purchaser may contact Vu Ryte Customer Service at email@example.com and explain the circumstances. Vu Ryte will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request at an absolute minimal expense. The purchaser will be responsible for any related freight cost or cost associated with a more expensive version.
